About the Role

Work Environment and Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth understanding of Omnichannel Order Flow procedures and their intersection with merchandising and supply chain to optimize client experiences both in-store and online.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure prompt transfer and order fulfillment, including daily order reporting and follow-ups.
  • Identify and troubleshoot order-related issues by raising IT support tickets concerning export processes, address validation, and similar ad hoc matters.
  • Maintain effective communication with store teams to guarantee timely transfer fulfillment to the warehouse.
  • Provide assistance to the Customer Service Center (CSC) team by updating order statuses, managing cancellations, tracking UPS shipments, handling return-to-sender cases, and monitoring returns.
  • Support the client delivery cycle through tracking and problem resolution efforts.
  • Conduct analyses and generate reports on fulfillment improvements and objectives based on inventory levels and fulfillment ratios.
  • Work alongside the ecommerce growth manager to enhance inventory optimization within stock locations.
  • Help uphold packaging standards to ensure consistent client experience presentation.
  • Contribute to various ad hoc Omni Team initiatives and projects as needed.

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate at a college or university, capable of working full-time hours, or early career professionals and retail specialists post-graduation.
  • Strong eagerness to learn and a collaborative approach within corporate and retail settings.
  • Proficient skills in Excel and openness to mastering additional software tools.
  • Passion for a career focused on omnichannel operations or ecommerce, with a keen interest in luxury products and design aesthetics.
