Role Responsibilities
- Facilitate professional guest check-in and check-out processes while acting as the primary contact point for guest requests.
- Manage telephone systems, efficiently directing inquiries to the relevant departments.
- Provide room service during periods when the restaurant team is off duty.
- Conduct regular inspections throughout the hotel to monitor conditions and document any incidents.
- Prepare the upcoming business day to support the morning shift effectively.
- Complete daily financial reconciliation by balancing guest accounts and generating as well as maintaining reports.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably completed formal training in hospitality; however, career changers with comparable experience are welcome.
- Familiarity with MS Office and hotel management software like Opera is advantageous.
- Strong independence, reliability, and confidentiality in work practices.
- A friendly demeanor paired with competent communication skills when interacting with guests.
- Proficient in German and English languages; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
- Willingness to work night shifts (22:00 to 06:30), including weekends and public holidays.
