Mobile Janitor

About the Role

We are seeking a Mobile Janitor to assist with maintaining cleanliness standards across various client sites in the Cork region. This permanent position requires a full, clean driving licence and the ability to travel between multiple locations. The role offers a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday with a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily cleaning operations at different client sites throughout Cork.
• Perform diverse cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure upkeep of high cleanliness standards.
• Provide coverage during holidays and absences across various locations.
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond promptly to their site-specific needs.
• Carry out site inspections, report issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Manage inventory by ordering cleaning supplies and materials as necessary.
• Handle additional cleaning duties and special requests as directed by management.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety guidelines at all locations and company areas.
• Treat client property and equipment responsibly and respectfully.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is beneficial.
• Possession of a full, clean driving licence is mandatory.
• Capable of traveling between various sites within the Cork region.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in English for speaking, understanding, and writing.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
• Reliable, adaptable, and flexible to shifting site demands.
