Role overview
Premium Food Company Ltd. is hiring a creative, data-minded Brand Manager to strengthen its marketing efforts in the food and beverage space. In this position, you will shape brand direction, build growth-focused campaigns, and help increase brand value through coordinated work with multiple internal teams.
What you'll do
- Create and implement brand strategies that support awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth.
- Study consumer trends, market activity, and competitor positioning to guide brand decisions.
- Oversee the creative direction of campaigns so they reflect the brand’s identity and business goals.
- Plan and monitor brand budgets, making sure resources are used effectively across channels.
- Partner with product, sales, and related teams to support new launches and enhance existing products.
- Measure brand outcomes, review KPIs, and refine plans based on performance and market shifts.
- Coordinate with agencies and external partners to deliver campaigns and brand activations.
- Keep messaging and brand presentation consistent across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
- Arabic fluency is mandatory, both in speaking and writing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing strategy, specifically in the food and beverage industry.
- Hands-on ability to design and deliver effective brand strategies.
- Strong grasp of consumer behavior and market trends in the food and beverage sector.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an interest in innovative marketing approaches.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Understanding of the regional market and local consumer preferences.
