Job Summary

This position is focused on turning financial and operational data into clear insights that help leaders make better business decisions. The analyst will build reports, create forecasts, review performance, and suggest actions that improve profitability, keep costs under control, and support financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial statements, budgets, and operational information to identify trends and issues.
• Draft monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Create financial models and forecasting tools to support planning.
• Track actual performance against budgets and business targets.
• Perform variance analysis to spot risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Contribute to budgeting cycles and long-term strategic planning.
• Assess investment ideas and business proposals from a financial perspective.
• Support expense control initiatives and profitability reviews.
• Prepare management-ready presentations and analytical reports.
• Help ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline is required.
• Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and forecasting is expected.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis software are necessary.
• Exposure to ERP platforms will be considered an added advantage.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills are essential.
