Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food, and managing payments at the cash register.
- Ensure the store remains clean and visually appealing at all times.
- Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, high-quality food.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting, performing various roles such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen duties.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets in a positive and enjoyable environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Friendly and supportive attitude towards team members.
- Experience in operations is advantageous but not required.
- Minimum of some high school education completed.
- A Food Handler certification may be necessary depending on local health regulations, which must be obtained at the employee's expense.
Physical and Work Environment
This position requires standing for extended periods and working in hot, confined spaces typical of kitchens with steam and food vapors. Employees will use kitchen equipment, including Chinese cook knives, and must work swiftly without compromising accuracy. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand up to four hours continuously, and reach across counters measuring 36 inches is required. The environment can be noisy, with restricted storage and high shelving. Effective communication and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting are essential, along with the ability to handle challenging situations and conflicts.
