Responsibilities

• Oversee user accounts, rights, and access within Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
• Administer endpoint management solutions including device enrollment, software rollouts, and security policy enforcement.
• Manage Single Sign-On (SSO), identity federation, and authentication services for SaaS platforms.
• Handle processes related to user onboarding and offboarding.
• Deliver primary and secondary IT support for hardware, software, access, and security concerns.
• Support VPN, password management, and remote connectivity platforms.
• Maintain and enhance automation, workflow, and cloud platform integrations.
• Monitor and address security alerts, phishing threats, and access issues promptly.
• Develop and update technical documentation, procedures, and user manuals.
• Spot opportunities to streamline processes, lessen manual tasks, and improve user experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Competency managing Google Workspace in hybrid settings.
• Familiarity with SSO technologies and identity federation protocols such as SAML and OIDC.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune and similar MDM platforms.
• Support experience for Windows and macOS systems.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude spanning infrastructure, applications, networking, and authentication.
• Experience assisting users in dynamic business environments.
• Skills in scripting and automation utilizing tools like PowerShell or Python.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• Knowledge of cloud-first IT environments and compliance/security frameworks.
• Experience guiding organizations through IT migrations or transformational initiatives.
• Understanding of API integrations and automation technologies.
