Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Data Manager to join our client team on a full-time basis. This position involves managing the processes of data collection, validation, and administration to ensure data accuracy and readiness for further utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update datasets annotated by humans that serve in training and evaluating AI models.
Review and confirm data labels to guarantee consistency and high quality within datasets.
Work collaboratively with various teams to determine data needs and resolve any discrepancies in annotations.
Create and maintain documentation for data collection techniques, labeling protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
Monitor the performance of data pipelines and suggest enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

Prior experience in data annotation, validation, or quality assurance is essential.
Familiarity with labeling tools such as Label Studio or Prodigy is preferred.
Competency in using spreadsheets, databases, or other data management platforms is required.
Strong attention to detail and capability to adhere to structured processes for data handling.
Effective written communication skills for process and guideline documentation are necessary.

Compensation
