About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing B2B company specializing in revenue team development, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as their first dedicated HR professional. This role combines strategic vision and hands-on execution to build HR infrastructure supporting a fast-scaling organization with a wide distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive HR operations for a multi-state US workforce along with an international contractor base.
