Position Overview

Crown Affair is seeking a diligent and proactive Human Resources Generalist to manage the daily operations within the People & Culture department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering positive employee experiences and engaging with hiring, onboarding, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and comprehensive People operations in an expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting activities including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate journey.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to keep interview and recruitment processes on schedule and ensure swift communication.
  • Create job postings, manage candidate communications, prepare interview materials, and finalize job offers. Maintain recruiting documentation and identify enhancements for hiring workflows.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding from offer acceptance through initial weeks, including documentation, scheduling, equipment readiness, and communication.
  • Partner with managers to develop effective onboarding plans and guarantee new hires have necessary tools and support.
  • Manage offboarding processes by organizing documentation, access revocation, exit procedures, and communications.
  • Administer benefit programs and act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, working with external providers such as Justworks.
  • Provide empathetic support during employee life events and leave management while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, process HR documentation timely, and support company policy and People program administration.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles by managing timelines, communication, documentation distribution, and tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Three to five years in Human Resources, People Operations, recruiting, or related functions.
  • Proven experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, offboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication talents.
  • Meticulous attention to accuracy and detail.

  • Experience handling confidential information appropriately.
