Role Overview

This full-time Human Resources Generalist position is based in Atlanta, GA, combining on-site work with the flexibility of remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily multi-location HR operations, including employee lifecycle management such as onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate HR records, managing recruitment, coordinating leave and Worker's Compensation, and fielding employee inquiries.

The role also entails managing benefits administration, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. The HR Generalist will collaborate closely with clinical leadership on employee relations, performance management, and coaching. Additionally, the position includes coordinating HR programs like training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and HR data reporting.

Key Responsibilities
