Role Overview
This Human Resource Executive position is based in Noida, India and is focused on end-to-end recruitment and coordination with hiring teams.
Responsibilities
- Attract strong candidates using networking, sourcing channels, and proactive outreach.
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, starting from sourcing profiles and continuing through to offer acceptance.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand position needs and support candidate shortlisting and selection.
