Responsibilities

• Attract strong candidates using networking, sourcing channels, and proactive outreach.
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle, starting from sourcing profiles and continuing through to offer acceptance.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand position needs and support candidate shortlisting and selection.
