Role Overview

The position involves providing essential assistance in a production environment to ensure efficient machine operation and production flow. Responsibilities include supporting operators, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support production operators by supplying necessary tools, materials, and help during machine operations.
• Assist in cleaning and preparing machines before and after production runs to maintain smooth workflow.
• Perform basic tasks to facilitate changeovers and sustain continuous production efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, including floors, workstations, and equipment surfaces.
• Manage proper waste disposal and uphold hygiene standards throughout shifts.
• Regularly sanitize tools and equipment to prevent contamination and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Help inspect machines and production lines for cleanliness and readiness before starting operations.
• Report any irregularities, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
• Assist in organizing materials and components correctly for production.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and timely.
• Comply with company policies, safety protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in team efforts during peak periods and undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in production or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment handling.
• Capable of performing cleaning, material handling, and general support duties effectively.
• Familiarity with hygiene standards and GMP is preferred.
• Physical ability to manage moderate lifting tasks.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in teams.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining safety and cleanliness.
