Grocery Associate

About the Role

Key Duties

• Organize and zone the grocery section efficiently.
• Manage stock rotation and monitor expiration dates for products.
• Ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled, priced, and signed.
• Comply with food handling and safety procedures, including sanitation and cleaning standards.
• Follow established protocols for ordering, clearance, pricing adjustments, and labeling tasks.
• Maintain full merchandise stock and prepare the department for daily operations.
• Observe health and safety regulations at all times.
• Handle stocking duties, including picking and downstocking where applicable, applying product protection, and managing modular setups such as flex modulars and shelf caps.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $18.00 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Age requirement: 16 years or older.
