What you will do
- Drive international business expansion and support growth in new markets.
- Spot commercial opportunities and win new clients.
- Grow revenue from existing accounts while building a broader customer base.
- Create and execute both short-term and long-term sales plans, including ownership of the assigned budget.
- Represent the company at conferences, industry meetings, and other events.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate business meetings with potential clients.
- Improve and refine internal sales processes.
- Assess business strengths and client needs to shape the right offer.
- Draft and review contractual agreements.
- Ensure deals are structured with margins and budgets that make delivery feasible and compliant with standards.
- Lead the Sales Department to meet team targets and growth objectives.
- Track team activity and provide guidance, coaching, and direction where needed.
- Train sales staff and strengthen their selling, negotiation, and service knowledge.
- Monitor sales KPIs and adjust actions based on market conditions.
- Report performance and outcomes to the board.
Requirements
- Prior experience in leading eCommerce agencies is essential.
- At least 5 years in B2B sales, including work with enterprise accounts.
- Strong exposure to eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplaces, or retail media.
- Proven success in winning and growing large global clients, especially FMCG, retail, and consumer brands.
- Background in selling complex, data-led services such as eCommerce services, content, SEO, SaaS, or analytics.
- Good understanding of the full eCommerce landscape, including marketplaces, eRetail, product content, and digital shelf.
- Experience handling international, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating at C-level.
- Ability to form durable strategic partnerships with clients.
- Experience building and leading strong sales teams.
- Commercially driven mindset with focus on revenue, margins, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
- English fluency at C1 level or higher.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
