Overview
This role is based in Cochrane, Alberta, at a physical location where remote work is not feasible. It requires overseeing food preparation and service within a restaurant environment. Candidates must have at least a secondary school diploma and between one to two years of relevant experience.
Language and Education
- English language proficiency required
- Completion of secondary (high) school education
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Provide training on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Forecast and estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies needed for meal production
- Ensure food and service quality standards are consistently met
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Keep records related to inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Organize and establish staff work schedules
Supervisory Scope
Responsible for supervising a team comprising 5 to 10 employees.
