• Speak with employers and workers to collect information on job demand, compensation, benefits, and workplace conditions.
• Study common workforce issues such as labor shortages, absenteeism, frequent employee exits, and skill mismatches.
• Review current hiring sources like contractors, staffing firms, referrals, and online platforms.
• Keep well-organized records of employer interactions, interview notes, and market observations in Excel or Google Sheets.
