Role Overview
The Kingsley Hotel, a prestigious 4-star establishment in Cork, is seeking an experienced F&B Outlets Manager to lead its food and beverage operations. This role involves overseeing multiple busy outlets including conference and banqueting services, wedding events, bar, and dinner services. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, ensuring excellence in service delivery across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage large teams efficiently across food and beverage outlets.
- Oversee the complete coordination and management of weddings and events from inception to completion.
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct staff training focusing on service excellence, grooming, and customer etiquette.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role at a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strong financial expertise encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss management.
- Third-level qualification in Hospitality Management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion and deep knowledge for food and beverages, including wine, liqueurs, and craft beers.
- Ability to thrive and multitask in a dynamic and flexible environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster strong team relations.
- Proven experience in multi-outlet hotel operations and function management.
- Immaculate personal grooming and presentation.
