Job Overview

Prove is hiring an Executive Assistant based in New York, NY, working onsite. This role supports four key executives: the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Product Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer. The role demands excellent multitasking, communication, operational skills, and the ability to manage dynamic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential, professional, and efficient support to CMO, CPO, CCO, and CRO.
  • Organize executives' schedules ensuring smooth workflow in rapidly changing environments.
  • Manage communications, including emails, phone calls, messages, calendars, and travel plans to maximize time efficiency.
  • Apply detailed business insight for effective engagement internally and with external stakeholders including Board members.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership calls, and offer assistance during team meetings and events.
  • Carry out various administrative duties on behalf of executives.
  • Handle expense reports for the CMO, CPO, CCO, and CRO as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Between 5 and 7+ years' experience in providing executive-level administrative support.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple calendars, priorities, and travel logistics with conflicting demands.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities adaptable to diverse business styles.
  • Strong commitment to customer experience and delivering excellent service to employees and clients.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Demonstrated alignment with company values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
  • A passion for continual learning about products and markets via various training opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range is $95,000 to $120,000 annually, plus potential bonuses and stock options. The final offer depends on education, experience, skills, location, and market factors.
