Role Overview

We are seeking two Enterprise Support Specialists based in Auckland or Hamilton – one permanent position and one fixed-term for 12 months. This role provides a fantastic chance to enhance your commercial, operational, and customer service expertise while supporting some of the largest enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create customized pricing and repricing proposals aimed at retaining and acquiring customers.
  • Manage daily support for enterprise customers, including handling inquiries, account management, and portfolio updates across varied communication channels.
  • Coordinate customer transfers and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer journey.
  • Assist in invoicing and account management tasks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain billing integrity.
  • Work closely with teams such as Sales, Pricing, Metering, Market, Switching, and Customer Management to foster collaboration and identify process improvements.
