  • Maintain client communications, offering clear and professional updates throughout project lifecycles.
  • Manage daily and weekly tasks to keep team progress aligned with timelines and industry best practices.
  • Identify and communicate risks early, track scope and budgets, and present well-considered solutions.
  • Lead various meetings including client check-ins, internal kickoffs, and team stand-ups.
  • Utilize digital collaboration platforms like Slack, Asana, Wrike, G-Suite, and Dropbox to manage project communication, task tracking, and asset delivery.
