Role summary
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tampa, FL. The Data Entry & QC Specialist will enter and process clinical trial information with accuracy, perform quality checks to confirm data consistency, follow established procedures and timelines, and support documentation-related tasks. The role also includes cross-functional collaboration on data work, administrative support, and occasional customer service assistance.
Key duties
- Enter clinical trial data into the required systems carefully and efficiently.
- Review records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness through quality control checks.
- Follow study protocols, internal procedures, and deadlines while handling data tasks.
- Work with team members on data-related assignments and documentation upkeep.
- Assist with administrative work and provide customer service support when needed.
Qualifications
Applicants should have strong typing ability and solid computer skills for efficient data entry. Good communication and customer service skills are needed for interaction with teammates and stakeholders. Experience with administrative support and documentation management is important, along with a careful eye for spotting and correcting errors during quality checks.
