Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-focused and analytical Data Analyst to convert complex datasets into clear insights that drive business decisions. This role involves gathering, cleaning, and examining substantial data collections to pinpoint trends and patterns, as well as creating reports and dashboards that support stakeholders in tracking performance and refining strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Expertise in SQL for querying, manipulating, and validating databases.
• Experience with visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalents.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and analysis functions.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R for analysis and automating reports.
• Knowledge of statistical analyses, data modeling, and reporting methods.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and database systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring high data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving ability along with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
