Role Overview
The Research Analyst position is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role focuses on executing qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to inform product development, market understanding, and strategic decision-making at Atlas Workspace. The analyst will manage data gathering from diverse sources, construct organized knowledge maps, and meticulously document findings with verifiable citations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop research frameworks and conduct comprehensive market and user research.
- Analyze collected data and synthesize insights into detailed reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to convert research insights into actionable strategies.
- Enhance internal research methodologies and support the advancement of Atlas’s knowledge management tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient analytical capabilities with expertise in various research methods and market research techniques.
- Competence in statistical analysis and interpreting data to extract meaningful conclusions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present intricate findings clearly and succinctly.
- Skilled in structuring and organizing research deliverables such as detailed reports, dashboards, or knowledge maps.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Data Science, Social Sciences, or closely related areas.
- Experience or comfort with digital research applications, data visualization tools, or business intelligence platforms.
- Keen attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and dedication to source verification and validation.
- Prior exposure to technology sectors, SaaS platforms, or knowledge management products is advantageous.
