Role Overview

We have an immediate opening for a full-time, permanent Cylinder Delivery Driver based at our Newcastle branch. This role involves multiple drop deliveries, ensuring a timely and efficient delivery of gas cylinders while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a busy delivery schedule with multiple drop-offs daily.
• Utilize handheld scanner technology to record deliveries and manage stock tracking.
• Reload LPG cylinders as needed during routes.
• Load and unload the cylinder truck safely and efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address any client needs professionally.
• Perform any other assigned duties related to the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Possession of a valid MR or HR driver’s license is mandatory.
• Forklift license is preferable but not essential.
• A minimum of one year experience in multi-drop delivery driving is required.
• Good physical fitness due to the manual handling tasks involved.
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
• A customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Provision of a Demerit Points Statement is required.
• Compliance with a National Police Check as the role involves client service provision.
• Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment medical examination.
