About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for banking processes in Noida. The role involves interacting with customers through phone calls to provide exceptional service, promote banking products, and resolve queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers over calls to build and maintain strong relationships
- Promote and upsell various banking products and services to customers
- Provide accurate solutions to customer questions and issues
