About the Role
Ugrawat Enterprises is seeking Customer Care Executives to efficiently manage customer inquiries and deliver assistance via phone calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email. This role supports a fast-growing e-commerce business and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide help with orders, billing, returns, and refunds.
- Timely resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
- Maintain and update basic records adhering to company policies and standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed at least 12th grade education.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic English abilities are advantageous.
- Familiarity with computers at a fundamental level.
- Open to applications from both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
