Overview
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our acclaimed Rapport team based in Dublin. This position supports a prominent, fast-growing American banking and financial services client involved in a significant global alignment project. The role centers on delivering an exceptional service experience inspired by the hospitality industry to key stakeholders.
As part of an expanding 24-member EMEA team spread across the region, you will be a crucial on-site representative, promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture, boosting employee satisfaction, and managing daily challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance community engagement and improve staff satisfaction through local initiatives at the site.
- Act as the primary on-site figure for Facilities, Hospitality, and Concierge services across multiple floors.
- Support the implementation of local strategies, cultural programs, and GCED initiatives while establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure that shared spaces—including meeting rooms, event areas, and collaboration zones—are fully prepared and available to maximize client efficiency.
- Serve as a single point of contact for all floor-related issues, managing hospitality and concierge service demands in a high-volume environment.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols such as safety checks, fire procedures, emergency contacts, and the documentation of incidents or near misses.
- Handle complaints or concerns promptly by coordinating with relevant departments, escalating matters to management when necessary, and ensuring proper documentation according to procedures.

- Preferably have prior customer service experience in similar environments such as corporate offices, luxury hotels, or airlines.
Additional Information
- Contract Type: Full-time permanent position.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (40 hours per week).
