About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join Royal York Property Management in St. Catharines, Ontario. This role involves executing a broad range of cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various properties. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and cleaning ceiling vents to uphold hygiene standards.
• Apply specialized cleaning procedures such as window washing and carpet maintenance.
• Inspect areas rigorously before and after cleaning shifts, recording observations and conditions.
• Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management promptly.
• Handle stocking and upkeep of designated facility supplies.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and company-specific cleaning protocols.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in professional cleaning roles.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access.
• Understanding of multiple cleaning techniques and equipment handling.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Strong organizational abilities coupled with effective communication skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices.
• Required to own an iPhone for work-related communications.
• Adaptability to diverse cleaning environments and flexible scheduling.
• Physical capability and endurance to perform cleaning duties effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
