Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of properties, ensuring impeccable hygiene and neatness.
• Complete tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vent cleaning, and restroom sanitation.
• Conduct specialized cleaning jobs such as window washing and carpet cleaning.
• Inspect areas thoroughly before and after cleaning, recording observations accurately.
• Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs promptly to management.
• Manage and replenish supplies in assigned facility areas.
• Adhere closely to all health and safety regulations as well as company cleaning policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in cleaning roles.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Proficient in diverse cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Keen eye for detail and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiar with safe chemical handling and cleaning supply use.
• Ownership of an iPhone for job-related communication purposes.
• Flexible and adaptable to varying cleaning environments and scheduling requirements.
• Capable of physical tasks requiring stamina and mobility.

Compensation and Benefits
