Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational core of the business. This role involves overseeing systems, structure, processes, and standards that drive business performance. The COO will be both hands-on in the details and strategic in board-level discussions, working closely with the CEO and forming part of the senior leadership team alongside the Managing Director and Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain scalable operational systems including compliance, process documentation, technology, automation, and overall efficiency.
• Define and maintain the standards representing what success looks like for RedDoor Homes across all brands.
• Execute operational aspects of growth strategies and facilitate integration of acquisitions.
• Provide structure, clarity, and support to personnel to optimize individual and team performance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing, fixing, and building sustainable operational functions beyond their direct presence. A natural systems thinker with strong leadership qualities, commercial acumen, and attention to detail is desired. The candidate remains steady under pressure, builds trust rapidly, and preferably has senior operational experience in property management, professional services, or similar sectors prioritizing operational excellence. This role is intended for someone committed to long-term growth and building something significant.
