Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the safety of personnel and equipment during all daily operations.
  • Promptly report safety risks, near misses, or incidents through proper internal channels.
  • Approve vessel plans and organize housekeeping tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and synchronize recap activities for berthed and planned vessels.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational plans every two hours involving vessel, yard, and gate operations.
  • Facilitate loading and discharge operations according to requirements.
  • Maximize productivity and utilization of Container Handling Equipment (CHE).
  • Develop detailed 2-hour travel plans for RTG cranes, Electric Hooks, and Reach Stacker equipment.
  • Analyze deviations and compile reports outlining operational variances.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication among control room stakeholders.
  • Ensure uninterrupted operational continuity and prepare detailed handovers.
