Position Overview
Westcare Homecare Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join their office in Cavan, County Cavan, Ireland, reporting directly to the Care Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement carer navigation effectively through the CRM System.
- Manage holiday and sick leave requests to maintain sufficient staffing coverage.
- Provide assistance and support to the Care Manager in daily operations.
- Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact via phone for carers, clients, and their families.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to coordinate and discuss ongoing activities.
- Prioritize ongoing improvements in scheduling processes to enhance efficiency.
- Fulfill on-call duties following a designated rota schedule.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the company.
Experience and Qualifications
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently using own initiative.
- Possession of a full valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Highly organized with creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong report writing capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintains confidentiality and discretion at all times.
