Key Responsibilities

The Care Supervisor will oversee the provision of top-quality care services, ensuring that all care plans are adhered to and updated regularly. This position involves supervising and supporting care staff through training, guidance, and performance assessments. Responsibilities include conducting client visits, performing spot checks, monitoring client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The role also entails direct communication with private care clients.

Requirements

• Certification at QQI Level 5 or higher
• Valid clean Irish driving license with access to a personal vehicle
• Relevant prior experience in the healthcare sector
• Current training certifications including PMH, First Aid, and HSE Land
