This platform optimizes software lifecycle efficiency, scalability, and performance, leveraging advanced mathematical and hardware-aware distributed architectures. Coupled with integration of Large Language Models, it facilitates seamless generation of requirements, prototypes, documentation, maintainable code, and ongoing application evolution.

Role Overview

The organisation is launching an extensive academic and institutional engagement initiative across India and globally, aiming to collaborate with universities, colleges, and student communities through various programs to generate value for learners, industry, and society. This early-career opening offers exposure to Institutional Strategy, Academic Ecosystem Development, Talent Intelligence, and large program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and map higher education landscapes nationally and internationally to identify relevant institutions, student groups, and engagement networks.
• Pinpoint colleges and universities suitable as strategic partners for academic, technological, talent development, and social initiatives.
• Interact professionally with academic leadership—Directors, Deans, Principals, Heads of Departments, professors—as well as student leaders on campus.
• Comprehend complex organizational and technological programs and translate them into engaging narratives tailored for academic audiences.
• Analyze student participation behaviors and institutional decision-making to construct effective talent engagement strategies that promote real involvement beyond nominal registrations.
• Monitor and assess participation funnels encompassing outreach, discovery, communication, registration, engagement, completion, and sustained community links.
• Develop comprehensive talent intelligence databases for identifying emerging student talents across geographies.
• Prepare detailed post-program analytics highlighting participation trends, institutional feedback, student responses, and scalability opportunities.
• Undertake extensive travel to academic sites for in-person representation and institutional partnership building.

Compensation

The salary package ranges from INR 500,000 to INR 800,000 per annum.
