  • Monitor and assess participation funnels encompassing outreach, discovery, communication, registration, engagement, completion, and sustained community links.
  • Develop comprehensive talent intelligence databases for identifying emerging student talents across geographies.
  • Prepare detailed post-program analytics highlighting participation trends, institutional feedback, student responses, and scalability opportunities.
