Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the comprehensive identification and management of business requirements to ensure clarity in quality and scope, highlighting essential demands.
- Advise both business and IT units regarding selection and implementation of advanced core insurance system solutions and digitalization of IT processes.
- Manage the collection, analysis, and preparation of requirements from business and IT stakeholders, supporting end-to-end functional efforts in major Property & Casualty (P&C) transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Develop detailed functional specification documents to translate business needs into modern and digital IT solutions tailored for insurance companies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of five years' professional experience.
- Flexibility to work up to 50% onsite at client premises within Germany, with remaining time remote.
- Proficiency in all facets of P&C business including retail and commercial segments; familiarity with modules such as partner, contract, claims, and front-end systems focusing on P&C transformations.
- Strong expertise in P&C business transformation and business requirements analysis.
- Desirable knowledge in broker management, German motor insurance and pricing engines, underwriting, policy management, claims handling, commercial lines, portals, and central systems such as reinsurance and accounting.
- Experience with Guidewire (Policy, Claims, APD with Jutro) or other P&C policy management and insurance front-end solutions.
- Fluency in both German and English languages is compulsory.
Compensation and Benefits
The gross annual salary range for this role is €80,000 to €100,000, depending on the applicant's skills, experience, and seniority level. The employment grade and classification will be finalized according to the candidate's profile and current regulations, aligning with the Metalmeccanici Industria Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL). Additional benefits could include variable incentives tied to individual and company performance, welfare schemes, and other company perks. Specific compensation will be tailored to the selected candidate's profile.
