Position Overview
The role is for an Associate Agency Development Manager at Divine HR Solutions, located in the Delhi-NCR region. The compensation package includes a fixed salary up to 4 lakh per annum based on the interview outcome, with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit a team of advisors and provide comprehensive training and motivation to enhance their performance.
- Lead and guide the sales team to effectively market and sell products in the open market.
- Drive sales growth through active supervision and support of the advisor team.
- Oversee team management and handle all aspects related to team coordination and performance.
