Overview
The role of Branch Sales Manager involves spearheading client engagement efforts and driving sales of life insurance products to meet organizational targets. This position demands maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships to foster business growth.
- Directly sell life insurance policies to prospective customers with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Assess individual client requirements, recommend suitable insurance products, and ensure client satisfaction through outstanding service.
- Conduct annual reviews related to client protection plans within prescribed timelines.
Additional Information
The compensation package includes a salary component up to 3.9 lakhs per annum depending on performance during the interview, along with additional incentives.
