Role summary

The Analyst III supports business decisions by turning data into practical insights. The job involves analyzing performance, spotting trends, assessing processes, and recommending actions that improve efficiency and help the organization grow. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to understand business problems and present findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

What you will do

• Collect data from multiple sources, review it carefully, and use it to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that convert complex information into clear guidance for stakeholders.
• Review workflows and current processes to suggest changes that improve performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand needs and provide analytical support for important initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data models, performance measures, and tracking tools that support monitoring and forecasting.
• Explain insights and recommendations in a concise way so they align with business objectives and decision-making needs.

What the employer is looking for

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field, along with 2–5 years of practical analytical experience. You should be comfortable using analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and reporting platforms, and able to work through large datasets to produce meaningful conclusions. Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills are important, as is the ability to deliver high-quality work in a busy environment.
