Job Overview

We seek dedicated Assistant Support Workers in Norristown, Trinity, Wexford to provide exceptional care and support. Our facilities feature modern accommodations and engaging day programs designed to enhance quality of life.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily schedules and routines.
• Provide community support and integrate clients into social activities.
• Facilitate education, skill development, and achievement of personal goals.
• Support independent living skills including cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending medical or family appointments.
• Follow company policies, standards, and regulatory codes.
• Work rotating shifts covering 24/7 operations.

Candidate Requirements

• No formal qualifications are needed for the Assistant Support Worker role; comprehensive training will be delivered.
• For Social Care Workers, a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care, Healthcare, or related field and CORU registration are mandatory.
• Previous relevant experience is advantageous but not required.
• A positive, work-focused attitude and dedication to client support are essential.
• Applicants must hold or be progressing towards a full driver's license.
