About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Product Manager to join the Life & Disability team at MAS, a New Zealand-owned mutual insurer focused on financial health and wellbeing for its Members. This permanent position is available at either the Auckland or Wellington office. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys conducting research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to shape impactful life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy.

Candidate Profile

  • Background in product management, product support, business analysis, or a closely related discipline.
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related sector.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
