Role Overview

The Assistant Manager - Telesales plays a pivotal role in overseeing sales operations, streamlining processes, and fostering positive experiences for both customers and employees. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operational management to meet service level agreements promptly while maintaining exceptional customer and employee satisfaction.
• Lead B2C sales initiatives focusing on insurance products including Health, Motor, and Life insurance.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships for effective engagement.
• Coordinate resources, set objectives, and implement strategies to maximize sales outcomes.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and productivity metrics accurately.
• Conduct regular client meetings to align on expectations and provide progress reports.
• Address and resolve audit-related concerns effectively.
• Identify areas for procedural improvements and drive necessary changes.
• Mentor team leaders to enhance team management efficiency.
• Resolve internal customer queries timely.
• Serve as the primary contact for business-specific queries and challenges.
• Manage special projects aligned with business needs.

Information Security Management System (ISMS) Duties

• Adhere to instructions from Function Heads and operate systems on their behalf.
• Offer technical consulting to support the development and operation of information systems meeting business goals.
• Ensure protection and confidentiality of information assets under stewardship.
• Assume responsibility for safeguarding organizational information.
• Execute tasks delegated by Function Heads diligently.
