About the Role

As an Accounting Clerk, you will support financial functions including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, data entry, and administrative duties within property management accounting. Working in a fast-paced, high-achieving team, you will contribute to the financial health of our clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily clearing of the invoice inbox
- Monitoring and depositing e-transfer accounts
- Payment clearing account oversight and deposits
- Entering accounts payable data
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Exporting financial statements from accounting software
- Compiling financial reports
- Preparing monthly disbursement reports and expense tracking
- Recording bank interest journal entries
- Combining balance sheet and income statements for online uploads

Required Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with computerized accounting systems
