Sales and Marketing Internship

Overview

This internship provides hands-on experience in managing social media, marketing campaigns, sales promotion, and video content production for Navora Press, a unique mobile bookstore initiative. The role emphasizes driving engagement through digital platforms and field promotions while supporting the growth of literary culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and update social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn by creating posts, stories, reels, and captions to maintain brand consistency.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies for various products such as books, author promotions, merchandise, and events.
• Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitors, influencers, bookstores, and reader communities to inform campaign approaches.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, reviewers, and literary venues to enhance brand outreach.
• Engage in field promotion activities by visiting educational institutions, marketplaces, cafés, fairs, and public venues across Delhi to raise awareness about the bookstore concept.
• Participate in video shoots, interviews, and street interactions for promotional content generation.
• Interact directly with potential customers including students and readers, explaining the concept of a mobile bookstore and encouraging reading habits.
• Present and professionally promote Navora Press publications during events and field visits.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship from August 5th to September 9th, 2026.
• The internship duration is strictly three months.
• Applicants should possess relevant marketing, sales, content management, and research skills.
• Fresh graduates who are actively seeking employment are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• A monthly stipend ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹20,000, comprising a fixed component between ₹12,000 and ₹15,000 plus incentives from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000.
• Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, opportunity for a job offer upon successful internship completion, informal dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
• Upon conversion to a permanent role, the expected salary ranges from ₹300,000 to ₹400,000 annually.
