City Marketing & Newspaper Distribution Coordinator Internship (Part-Time, Remote)

Role Overview

This internship involves coordinating the pamphlet insertion campaign for EduJunior by managing relationships with newspaper vendors and distribution agencies. The intern will handle negotiations, obtain quotations, and ensure that the distribution runs smoothly, all while working remotely.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with newspaper vendors and distribution agencies in the designated city to present EduJunior's pamphlet insertion project.
• Obtain and compare quotations for pamphlet insertion services.
• Negotiate pricing and secure affordable vendor agreements.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and the EduJunior team to facilitate flawless campaign execution.
• Confirm pamphlet distribution plans are set before campaign launch.
• Provide daily progress reports detailing vendor information, costs, and campaign status.
• Establish and nurture lasting partnerships with newspaper distributors in the city.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be able to work from home throughout the internship.
• Available to commence between August 5, 2026, and September 9, 2026.
• Commitment for 1 month to the internship duration.
• Possess relevant skills including negotiation, market research, and communication.
• Own a smartphone and have proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Be self-driven and have good communication abilities.
• Preferred to know the local language of the city.
• Residency in one of the following cities: Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Vijayawada, Patna, Gurgaon, or Kanpur, as one intern will be selected per city.
• Must be available for city travel as needed.

Stipend and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹1800 to ₹2500, including a fixed component of ₹1500-2000 and incentives between ₹300-500.
