About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive communicator passionate about recruitment and human resource management to join Jobs Territory as an HR intern. This program offers hands-on experience in English communication, recruitment processes, and core HR operations within a vibrant corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities by posting vacancies, screening candidates' resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Perform preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for company positions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by managing necessary paperwork, conducting orientations, and organizing training programs.
- Maintain confidential and precise employee data within the HR information system.
- Organize and participate in HR-centric events aimed at boosting employee engagement and workplace morale.
- Create reports and presentations using MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office tools to aid HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects aligned with departmental objectives and goals.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Should be able to commence the internship between 19th July 2026 and 23rd August 2026.
- Availability for a continuous 3-month internship period is required.
- Relevant skills and interest in human resources and recruitment are mandatory.
- Fresh graduates seeking employment opportunities are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from INR 15,000 to 25,000, comprising a fixed component of INR 10,000-15,000 and an incentive portion of INR 5,000-10,000.
- Successful candidates may receive a certificate upon completion.
- An informal dress code is permitted during the internship.
- Potential job offer with an annual salary between INR 200,000 and 300,000 upon successful transition to a full-time role.
