About the Internship
This internship involves researching and identifying VIP delegates such as industry leaders, executives, and decision-makers. You will manage an up-to-date detailed database of such delegates, and devise targeted outreach plans using phone, email, and social media to engage them. Building and sustaining strong relationships with both potential and confirmed VIP delegates will be central, acting as their main contact to ensure their needs are addressed. Coordination with the event management team will guarantee that delegates receive all required information and assistance. Additionally, you will follow up to confirm delegate attendance and document all pertinent details.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, commencing between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026, and lasting six months. Only candidates based in Mumbai with relevant skills and interests should apply.
Compensation and Perks
This position offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000. Interns will work five days a week and receive a certificate upon successful completion.
Required Skills and Attributes
Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and effective communication abilities. Additional qualities include excellent interpersonal skills, strong research and analytical capability, proactive and professional attitude, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
