About the Internship
This role involves handling defective products at the manufacturing unit, working closely with technical teams for product inspection and repair, and tracking products through their service journey. The intern will be responsible for maintaining detailed service logs, inventory and dispatch records, and facilitating the movement of repaired products to customers and corporate offices. Efficient coordination between various departments and accurate documentation are key components of this position.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and documenting defective items at the factory location.
- Collaborating with technical teams for product inspection, repairs, and updates on status.
- Monitoring products throughout their entire servicing lifecycle.
- Maintaining detailed records related to services, inventory, and shipments.
- Assisting in dispatch of repaired products to clients and company headquarters.
- Supporting reconciliation of inventory and intra-plant product movement.
- Ensuring precise record-keeping and timely inter-department communication.
